A master plan for urban renewal that adds about 1,000 housing units to 300 existing housing units.
The plan creates a new facade to the street with mixed residential and commercial uses. The inner pedestrian path creates multiple urban squares, each reveals a mesmerizing view to the old city of Jerusalem.
 The new design is pedestrian and family friendly, and it includes an expansion of playgrounds and sports fields for the benefit of the neighborhood. The plan was approved in 2022.
