The project is located at the southeastern border of the city. The district contains four "points of interest" defined by the district planners.
Our project could be the fifth.
The outline plan seeks to emphasize the entrances to the city. We recognized that the complex in the master plan meets the innovation district in its southern part and a new overlapping space is created. Our project takes place in this new overlapping space and can serve as a point of reference and a significant fcenter within it.
