Outstanding green structure with an Israeli standard mark for a green construction (TI 5281). The structure includes open spaces and balconies, as a concept of "hanging gardens". The courtyards are three to seven stories height, open and lightened.
Each patio will have special areas, as well as a paved space and public use such as a cafeteria, or booths for rent. These spaces add value to the building, they increase the green public areas, and the tower receives additional upgrades and prestige.
Phase 1 - 20,000 sq. m. delivered and inhabited in 2012, seven floors above parking basements.
Phase 2 - A master plan was approved for the addition of floors and building areas (TLV | 3807): 6,000 sq. m., an addition of six floors.
Phase 3 - A master plan was approved for the addition of floors and construction areas (TLV | 4019): 7,000 sq. m., additional seven floors.
