City rooms - urban renewal Hadera city center
We received this project from the Ministry of Construction and Housing, the Preparation of an outline plan for urban renewal in the center of Hadera. The boundaries of the "blue line" are about 1.75 square kilometers. The purpose of the program is to characterize planning tools for urban renewal and to prepare a framework for long-term renewal processes in the city center, in the belief that a city will lose its identity without aliving and prosperous center . The plan adds about 7,000 housing units to the city center in various complexes and with varying densities. The current plan is in the process of approval before the district committee prior to deposit.
