An award-winning master plan for the urban renewal of Lev Hadera, a major Northern city, followed by a detailed plan for the market district. The plan proposes to turn Rothschild Street into a pedestrian mall and create an area that combines a community center, public area, and a farmer’s market that will replace the existing market in the complex.
 
Thanks to this new plan the number of residential units was increased dramatically and a diverse housing mix were created, strengthening the social fabric of the local community.
